Statement on anti-Black racism and McGill

MAP McGill exists to support all those who are marginalized in the McGill Department of
Philosophy, and beyond. To this end, we condemn discrimination, and we commit to an anti-racist
education in which all our voices, regardless of their backgrounds, are able to find a valued place.
This statement on anti-Black racism and McGill addresses (1) McGill as an institution, (2) Philosophy as a field of academic study, and (3) accountability within MAP-McGill.
